I put up a gallery wall in our living room over the past weekend, and I wanted to share the excitement with you! We went from a blank wall behind the sofa to an eye-catching feature wall with some of our best memories. You could also look at some frameless photo mounting ideas, you want to make the wall your own. As you can see, we decided to have our frames as a feature! But of course, it’s up to you what you wanna go for! I’ve seen some people using neon light signs in the middle of their photo gallery. That does look nice. Perhaps some homeowners could consider doing that. By visiting Neon Filter, homeowners could create their own neon sign to hang up with their photo gallery. That would improve any blank spaces in the house.
UPDATE: We’ve since moved from this apartment, and I can’t wait to recreate this in our new place. Plus, we had a baby since this original post, so now I want to include a maternity shot and a newborn photo.
I had our photos printed in black and white to create uniformity. I always do this for our other picture frames too, because I love the monochromatic look.
These big silver frames are from IKEA.
