We upgraded our mattress about a month ago, and a few ladies on Instagram wanted to know what we thought about it after 30 days. Well, we still love it, and I can’t believe how long it took us to get a memory foam! Before we bought a new mattress, I had a look at reviews like https://thedozyowl.co.uk/pocket-sprung-mattress/ to see which mattress might be best for me.
It shipped straight to our doorstep in a box, and it was super easy to set up. The hardest part was getting rid of the old mattress.
So here are my top 5 reasons for getting a mattress-in-a-box:
You can try it for 100 days with free shipping to your door and returns
You can’t feel your partner move or get up
11″ of memory foam conforms to your body, relieving pressure points
It’s perfectly soft yet firm (around a 7 on a scale of 10)
And my fave… it somehow keeps you cool throughout the night
We went with 4Sleep, because frankly, 1. a friend also got their mattress from them, and 2. they have the prettiest cover design. We did have a major toss up between using them and using Leesa. We have friends who have used Leesa in the past and vouch for it 100% so maybe we will try them next time. When the time comes we will have to read on Leesa.com for more information. There are a load of places that you can buy a mattress from though. However, some people don’t want to to buy a brand new mattress because they are worried that it might be too expensive. If you are thinking about getting a new mattress but are on a budget then you might be interested in these Bear Mattress promo codes.
Be careful when you open the box (no boxcutters). There’s also a top and bottom side to the mattress. And plan how you’ll get rid of your old mattress beforehand (or else you’ll end up with a mattress in your dining room for a few days, haha).
Let me know if you’ve ever tried a mattress-in-a-box!
