This weekend Mr. Bond graciously took some photos of Vienna and me in our new matching robes! He doesn’t exactly love being my Instagram husband, haha, but sometimes I can convince him to help me out so I can finally put out a new post.
Let me tell you, getting Vienna to take a photo these days at 21 months old is nearly impossible. These few photos that “turned out” just enough were super hard to take. She’s just a tiny bundle of huge energy and the most curious of all georges, so I don’t blame her, but man does it make being a mommy blogger hard. Just keeping it real in case you’re having similar photo issues with your toddler!
Vienna totally gets that we have matching floral robes, and it’s the cutest thing seeing her look down at hers and then at mine and then give a huge grin. She is such a fashion girl; she gets mad if you try to take her headband or necklace away. She actually adjusts her headband herself when it starts to slip, which is ridiculously cute — I think it’s because she’s been wearing them since she came out of the womb, and I make such big fanfare out of getting dressed every day.
Anyway, I love the material these floral robes from Plum Pretty Sugar are made out of; they’re very comfy without adding bulk. They’re famous for their bridal party robes — I remember first seeing them many years ago on Pinterest. They’ve even done exclusive collaborations with BHLDN, Anthropologie, and Nordstrom! The mini robes are perfect for flower girls (see V’s first flower girl experience here).
In addition to robes, PPS has expanded to rompers, dresses, tops, and bottoms in their signature feminine and laidback style.
