Zoya nail polishes are slowly taking over my nail polish rack, thanks to them being 5-free, meaning that they are made without the 5 common chemicals found in nail polishes (Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, and Camphor). Most higher-end nail polishes like Chanel, Dior, and Deborah Lippmann are also 5-free, but Zoya is one of the more reasonably priced at $9. They just released the Focus & Flair Fall 2015 Nail Polish, and a few people on Instagram and Facebook requested swatches of the collection, so here they are!
Focus is made up of densely-pigment solid creams, and Flair is made up of jewel-toned liquid metals.
Aggie (the first one on the top row photo) is unfortunately missing; I let Vienna hold it and it ended up falling out of her little hand onto the kitchen floor and completely shattering/painting everything in sight. That definitely taught me a lesson, haha. I’m sure it’s incredibly pretty too; I may have to reorder.
My favorites out of the collection are Janel, Sia, and Lidia — I personally absolutely love creams.
Please let me know in the comments below which is your favorite from the swatches!
As a side note, you may notice my new V diamond monogram bracelet in the swatches; it’s from Claire Aristides jewelry. It’s such a pretty and dainty piece, and I wear it all the time! I went with white gold so that it would match my engagement and wedding rings, plus, white gold makes diamonds brighter and is less trendy. I’ll consider it my belated push present, haha.
Have you seen my Shop sections above? I regularly update my Women’s, Men’s, Baby, Maternity, & Home sections with items I either currently use or would love to try and think my Bond Girls would enjoy as well!
