We are now in the homestretch at 36 weeks! The bump is bigger than ever before, and it’s kind of fun to finally be obviously pregnant everywhere I go. Temperatures have cooled down just a bit here in southern California, but it’s still pretty warm for fall (that’s why I’m able to get away with light layers and open-toe shoes here on the blog and Instagram, if you were wondering).
I pulled out my super old feather print shirtdress from Old Navy the other day and really wanted to wear it somehow, since the burnt orange color is so fall-appropriate; I also found another option in the same color currently available at Mango that would likely fit both preggos and non-preggos alike here.
I paired the burnt orange shirtdress with my ever-so-soft fur vest, a blue beret, cream knit infinity scarf, sheer black tights in a diamond print for a bit of pattern play, and distressed chestnut Frye boots. My awesome backpack is the MZ Wallace Marlena from Mom’s the Word, a chic maternity and beyond boutique with locations in California and an online presence as well. It’s made out of the nicest suede (reminds me of the suede on Stuart Weitzman boots), and it even came with a changing pad inside!
Also, my Stokke stroller came in today and I set it up as fast as I could with the excitement. Call me dorky, but I just love pushing it around the house and just outside the front door, haha.
Special thanks to Nicole for snapping these of me on a recent sister date.
