I definitely love my lace-detail sweaters, so much that I’ve worn 3 different ones on the blog in the past month or so (see my other lace-detail sweaters here and here). That’s the cool thing about putting yourself out there on the Internet — you can really see what you gravitate towards most.
Yesterday our baby girl turned a whole year old, and we made it a family day all about her. We opened presents as soon as she woke up, hung out a bit at home so she could play with everything, and then went to Downtown Disney. It was surprisingly very busy for a Thursday night, but so worth it — so much holiday spirit with the decorations and carolers and Build-A-Bear and the Anna & Elsa Store, haha. You could tell Vienna loved it so much; she thrives in new places and loves seeing new things. The evening ended with a surprise sprinkle of rain and a much-needed grocery store run.
In case you need more ideas on what to gift a little person this time of year, whether for a birthday like in our case or for Christmas, I thought I’d share what we gave Vienna. Mr. Bond picked out this rather silly ball pit for her all on his own — she’s so cute when she climbs in it and plays with her toys, though, so I’ll let it stand in the living room for a while, haha. I got her a doll that looks like her (she’s obsessed with how the eyes close when you tip her over), a puppy stuffed animal since she loves dogs, her own set of keys because she always wants to eat mine, and a clunky but useful electronic book that says the words of the pictures when you press on them.
Have you seen my curated Shops? I regularly update the Women’s, Men’s, Baby, Maternity, & Home sections with items I either currently use or would love to try and think my Bond Girls would enjoy as well!
