This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Nutrimom. All opinions are 100% mine.
I’ve been working with my Nutrimom coach, Rachel, for a few months now and wanted to share what came in my recent Nutrimom Subscription Box and how I’ve been using the items in my daily life as a mama. I’m sure you’ve heard of me talking about the Nutrimom program by now, either here or on Snapchat. This will be my third and last post telling you all about my box.
The Nutrimom program is a brand new program designed for moms and moms-to-be whose mission is to help moms make informed choices about nutrition and wellness during the first 1,000 days of baby’s life.
In addition to the Personal Coaching, the program offers a custom subscription box.
The boxes are catered to you and your baby’s specific needs, complementing the online coaching and expert advice you receive throughout the month. My most recent box came with a breastfeeding supplement and 3 packs of nutrition bars, which is exactly what I need at the moment. Yours might look a little different (or it may be exactly the same), depending on what stage you two are in motherhood. That’s what’s so wonderful about the program — it’s not one-size-fits-all.
We’re still nursing at 11 months old, granted Vienna is feeding herself solids most of the day and breastmilk is becoming more of a comfort thing. Since she’s been walking for a couple months now, I’m often out and about without any healthy, accessible snacks for myself. Moms know how much stuff you need to pack for everyone in the family before you step outside for any given amount of time, haha! What usually happens is I make sure I have good food for Vienna, but I don’t put as much thought into my own nutrition unless I have some pre-planned options.
So instead of tempting myself with fast food, I’ve been loving having the nutrition bars in my purse, diaper bag, stroller — everywhere!
I can honestly say that having a Nutrimom coach for the past few months has helped me get more organized and purposeful about our nutrition choices as well as feel more confident as a mom in general. Let me know if you try it out and what you think!
