During pregnancy especially, I just adore a big cozy cardigan. They feel like walking around wearing a blanket but still manage to look chic. I got mine from Gap at the end of last year but it’s sadly sold out (worst thing to happen to a blogger, haha). Nevertheless, I found a few really cute cardigan options and shared them below the photos, including this new cardigan from Gap that has a really similar shape.
I also just ordered this cardigan in the stone/cocoa ombre, which I’m taking with me to the hospital when I give birth. I’ll be sharing what I’m packing in my hospital bag this time around very soon!
The key to wearing a big blanket-y outerwear piece like this cardi is keeping the layers underneath bodycon, at least for my shape and preferences. My staple white maternity tank top is by BLANQI, which I wear at least once a week because of the support it provides. The khaki distressed skinny jeans are new from an Australian brand called Soon. I wore their clothing during my first pregnancy as well, and this last #BumpStyle post features one of their dressier pieces. For size reference, I’m wearing an Australian 10 here.
Can we just talk about my new Chanel espadrille flats?! I got them for myself for Christmas and have been waiting for slightly warmer temperatures to be able to wear them. They’re perfect mama shoes. The longer I’m a mom, the more I appreciate a luxury pair of flats.
